VICE bug (?) - Screen not refreshing on secondary monitor

I have this issue with the screen not refreshing on the secondary monitor. Is it a known bug? Is there a solution?

dunno. i've mentioned another display bug in a proper thread. if we quit vice running fullscreen, it starts with white stripe at the top and menus are disabled.

This is a Windows only issue.

I've been wondering about this too, until i had the chance to run it under linux (ubuntu) and was surprised that vice displays on the secondary monitor there.
On Windows, the screen stays black if i move vice from the primary to the secondary monitor. I wish this would get fixed.

While we're at it, is there any option to display the borders when in fullscreen mode ?

i think wether it shows the borders or not in fullscreen mode depends on the resolution that is used for fullscreen

800x600 + pal emulation is the shit. Almost looks like the real deal, on a CRT monitor. :-)
