Welcome back
I just bought three C64's, two 1541's, a 1570, two datarecorders, two "the arcade" joysticks by Suzo and a whole bunch of diskettes for 50 euros.
Welcome back.

Do you mean, 50Eu for the whole pack? Sounds to be reasonable.
Welcome back. I hope you'll release some M-A tunes soon :)
Great stuff BTW. |

Back in the days I owned an old (brown) C64, then a new one with the shitty filtered new SID :) and finally a C128. Amongst other stuff like diskdrives and so on.
After all those computers died on me, I gave my diskdrive, joysticks, cartridges and disks to a friend and left the C64 era behind as I was sure everyone would love Amigas and ST's. I was wrong.
Am picking stuff up tomorrow. Is there any way to hook up a C64 to a VGA input monitor?

Hope you will transfer the disks you got with the bunch here.
Also do you have contact to any of the old Spench members?

Sure. S-Video to HDMI converter boxes can be found in most hifi and game stores. S-Video to VGA used to be pretty common, so with a bit of digging you should be able to find that as well. You'll also need a cable with a Mini-DIN connector, which you can buy from Vesalia and others:
