Music album: Clairvoyance

Well, ok, so a sid is used on the last track, but apart from that, it was a fun project to do.

Enjoy it for free, 53 mins of music:

Neat album!

My findings:

end & beginning: cool! an 8!

sea of emotions: 7

clairvoyance: very relaxing! nice female voice, funny birds sounds 8

deeper dungeons: weird! 7

balance of mind: nice innocent flutey sound 7

flight: again nice flute 7

eternity: spacy but bit boring 6

dream 80s: rhythmically good 7

ode 2 jarre: ah live play! has its moments but not that great 6

3 energy fields: synthy threat tune, bit long 7

SID is my lead: another 8! like the use of SID!

Keep 'em koming!

CU!

see, its some time aog i posted this.
now, i have made over 500 tracks, in all genres.
now i spent a whole year to create an album with a story, and i am a music child from c64, and im very skilled on sid, but..

the lack of interest on my album here, is what makes me quit the scene.

people dont care. you just click once and listen once.
nobody cares.

all just want boom boom and vote 10 for beginner composer music, socalled formula pop.

or why noone cars here ?

jeroen tel is my friend
he post non sis news here
but his name is much bigger on sid than mine
because he did it all from age 4

but he isnt actice sid maker
its very rare

im tired to be overlooked, the great innovative composer i am
i am wasting my time on making masterpieces into 3 voice minimal versions.

i more or less have quit the scene
because nobody cares

since i am not a demo musician, even though very skilled, since i never get my masterpieces into demos, im forgotten and overlooked.

and music was all my life, and c64 made it all happen.

i simply lie flat down and die now

i spent a whole year to make this album, to demonstrate a story and expression at some pretty good skill level.

and nobody gives a fuck

so goodbye C64

i cared for 30 years,
but nobody else cares

(depressed unrecognized musical talent, will get his fame 180 years after his death, like van gogh)

sad fate.
end of story

a new life awaits

music was all my life and i got 0 from it.

SIDwave, I understand completely, sometimes you put some hard efforts into things (your whole heart into it), and no one gives you any attention hardly.

Other times you see some shitty group or person doing some mediocre crap and they get heaps of attention.

The way it goes. The road is important and the end of the road is just a bonus (if it occurs).

Having fun or challenging yourself (or both) is key (for me).

Jan, you used my artwork for this album. Which made me very glad. I have too few friends in life to share my love fulfilling so I teach and meet people.
But you opened that door. It's sometimes hard to tell others what they like in this vast flow.

You have made me glad more than once. I hope you as we others still continue regardless.
You'd be surprised that we notice more than just votes or Facebook or whatever media.

It's about continuation, perfection and joy! And giving others that same, thatÂ’s all we can do.

much spherical cool sounds. I like :)
What happened to "Ode To Jarre"; the sound stays in a big contrast to the remaining stuff?! very distorted i think.
Are this really only 3 voices used?

"the great innovative composer i am"
"since i am not a demo musician, even though very skilled"
"unrecognized musical talent, will get his fame 180 years after his death, like van gogh"

this definitely sounds like a desperate call for help.
