Word Processors

Are there any C64 word processors or notepad type applications that don't save in clear text?

Eve 1.01 (dutch) and Minioffice II (english) come to mind.

There should be dozens more to find I think, but I don't think you will find them here on CSDb.

So what is "clear text"? ASCII? ANSI? PETSCII? Screencode? Vectorized print? Word documents?

Doesn't he mean a blank document every time the program's loaded up, i.e. load up the last saved document automatically?

I was thinking he maybe meant 'plain text' ( .txt ) but I wasn't sure, hence I asked.

Also, I second Vai.

i think he means when he has saved his work it seems to be saving in an invisible text mode that is unreadable when he loads it back up

not that i have any idea why it would be doing that
