What's you favorite?
A number of times I've been surprised when listening to tunes that for some or the other reason have been suggested for listening by other users of this forum. I thought that some of you would like to share some of your favourites with the rest of us. It could probably broughten our horizons and at least let people hear some tunes that haven't gotten the attention they disserve. Anyone up for it? |

I regard the following tunes as classic historical pieces with full of emotion:

I especially regard burning candles / the kingdom. They make me feel like queen's we are the champions / friends will be friends.
Oswald. It seems we have very similar tastes. Nice selection. |

Oh yeah.. Rayden's Staggering home.. one of my favourites.. but volume plays somehow badly in Sidplay. This tune is simple.. but that's why I love it so much. It gets under skin really fast.
And Odi's Melt your Brain is a brainforkin' evil techno classic too ;-).
And Cadaver is master of decent commodore heavy metal music. If I can put it that way ;-) I still love his first Metal Warrior intro tune the best. I adore it's simple and sincere raww sound and the heroic reffrain. Roxxxxxxorz!

And ten years ago.. I could listen to this tune in endless loops.

Thanx Drax!
p.s.: it seems I still can... ;-)
btw. If anyone misses Stryyker's favourite by Red Devil... here it is.. http://www.c64.org/HVSC/VARIOUS/M-R/Red_Devil/For_Avantgarde.sid (my favourite too ;-) I never heard original though ;-) |

Creamd you should check the original, it stands out even more from the mass of mods, as does reddevil's cover from the mass of sids :) |
