Duplicate scener name

Hi!

I am a novice at CSDb. I found that scener Breeze is already registered in CSDb. As i understand this man from Australia, and I am from Belarus. And his works does not have relations to me.

Therefore, the question how best to proceed ? Register another scener with nick breeze and specify a different crew, or as something to another?

Many thanks in advance.

p.s. prefering to ask, before i do something wrong ;)

Hey, Da Vinci had a painting named Jailbird? Awesome :D

By the way, as far as I'm aware, the above pictures are in some kind of an interlaced mode called Gigascreen, am i rite?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZX_Spectrum_graphic_modes#GigaScre..

Not so sure, but it more or less matches the Wikipedia description.

Quote: Well not exactly the best examples, but take a look at Spectral.
And we usually complain about the radioactive, harsh tones of ZX, whilst the Speccy guys lament about the washed up, dull colors on the 64. But I guess it's just the habit.
Personally, my eyesight always dies a little after looking on those painful RGB glares, but of course I must admit the high level of technical skills to achieve something like Riskej did. Truly awesome. And makes me wonder what kind of magic would he be able to bring out from C64 hi-res.

Dudes! Let's stop discussion dignity and disadvantages C64 and the ZX-Spectrum.

You are asked show our works, we did it. As there is no works for the C64 platform yet, we demonstrated works for zx-spectrum. When we create something for C64, we'll let you know ;)

Relax, that definitely wasn't an intention of mine :) I just mentioned one of the funny ways about how we look on the attributes of each others' computers (in this case the colors).
As I see it, the majority of us have a general judgment of the scene as a whole, and enjoy fine products regardless of platforms. The small discussions we have about the possibilities of our machines are just cute, sometimes even informative :) Then again, I've seen some lunatic platform-nazis in my lifetime, even parting the grounds of different 8bit Commodore brands. :)
And I'd honestly love to see C64 releases from Spectrum guys! Always seemed to me that they have a diverse approach to direction/design, and have some really fresh ideas. It would be interesting to experience new C64 productions with a bit different stance.

Kickass!

Btw. Funny things happen when you open sideborders while displaying hires graphics. I don't remember exactly what it was, but stumbled on it while working on Obornik.

yeah, you're right - the above pictures are in gigascreen mode - two standard hi-res speccy pictures switches per one frame.
and they can be displayed only on zx spectrum 128.

currently only i'm and pheel (http://zpixel.by.ru/galleries/authors/pheel/gal2.html) made pictures in this mode, because of difficulties - we haven't good gfx editor for this mode.

and i'm admire of various c64 gfx modes and of graphicians! like jailbird ;) mirage, electric, sander, leon and others. really the strongest graphicians.

and my picture with "Jailbird - Da Vinci" - it's my respect to you and whole c64-scene. from russia and zx with love to you! he-he.

You really have great pixel talent, riskej! :) I can't wait to see what you can do with C64 graphics... also it's great to witness a Russian C64 scene still alive in some way! Alan Group was one group at least, but it's great to see others (especially young ones like yourself).

Keep it up, and can't wait to hear some more C64 music from you too. :)
