CSDb back online
Now CSDb is back online.
I must regret to say that the data that was lost the other day is gone for good. :(
I deleted the primary backup by mistake yesterday (shit happens), and there seems to be no secondary backup.
I have now taken all precautions so that a similar incident should never happen again.
In addition I have also made some feature to avoid anyone from mass-deleting ever again, which I will of course not go into details on here.
I hope you are willing to restore the data that were lost so that we can get CSDb back to it's old state.

Well, Lazyness was a correct handle from some RSI guy back then. But who knows if it really was this guy?
Well, I got ahold of some info about him aswell including his phone number, address and valid email... If anyone wants to have it, feel free....

This is the last I have heard of him.
Yesterday however I got three registration requests from the same ip: 172.184.235.42 with these infos:

That looked too suspecious, so I denied them.
Good move. I suggest to open his entry for editing so people can insert info about his pathetic actions. Let's put him where he belongs --- into the list of the biggest losers who ever crawled on the earth surface. Forever. |

But this ain't the answer to the problem. Anybody can always log in and do the same stupid shit again, Secret Lady just makes up another fake account and as soon as Perff doesn't notice, the crap starts over and over again. There has to be a long-time solution for it. |

Well CeBit, the worlds largest computer exhibition is taking place soon. And the fact that Hannover (CeBit hometown) is just about 100 kilometers from Braunschweig should make us think about some "final" solution to that issue... |
