Can we stop this nonsense yet? Wanderer has, according to his entry here on the CSDb, "left the scene" and this fued has become a bore.

I could care less if you guys bicker day and night in the forums, but when you start dumping your garbage into the database I take exception. Please knock it off.

Ah, Wanderer... Dramas are so hard to walk away from, aren't they? Things would have been so much different if you had just sat on your hands on this one. Maybe kept your commitment of leaving the "scene", for what it is, for at least a week. So simple.

I don't think I have met a larger collection of hard headed, childish individuals in all my days. This forum is trolled out with... maybe TEN active posters? Three of which are at each others throats? Pathetic. I mean, REALLY pathetic.

Well you're right that it's not hard to walk away from. Any one of us could have, at any given time.

It is of interest to point out, that between yesterday and today, I signed on to CSDB to find Mr. Caynes had created a group against me, added himself and Stash as members and added me as an attendee.

He did this in the name of 'ending' things. Simon of course thinks this is perfectly normal behaviour.

The surest way to end things, with a scener who's leaving the scene anyways, is of course, to make a group about them (violation of rules #1), add me to it (violation #2), and add me back to it after I remove myself from it (violation #3).

Clue in --> Damian doesn't want to end anything. He wants his 'vengeance' and 'retribution' knowing that I'm leaving and he will be forced to deal with his anger on his own. Just yesterday he admitted to being "spiteful" in downvoting, apparently that wasn't enough and he needed to create a group as well.

All of that was unprovoked.

Now if it was me creating a group, Simple Simon would be all over me but of course when Damian creates fake groups, it goes ignored. I've never once said I needed retribution, or said I was hateful or made physical threats. Clearly Slarti needs to fix his brainpan. :)

And Stash, everyone has internet nowadays. We don't need swappers, you are obsolete and have been for a long time now. That is still no excuse for not learning something new. You've had 15 years to learn to do something on the 64, instead you are The Great Forum Poster.

There's this cool feature called Ignore, it works great in the absence of self-control.

I'm off to bed folks, I've got an early plane trip tomorrow and I need my rest.

Really? Great! How do I ignore bogus entries to the CSDb?

Should I ignore the discussion on a thread I created, or is that bad form? Should I ignore former elite NTSC coders who claim to have quit the scene, or expatriated Eastern Europeans who live in Sweden? Maybe an Aussie or two? Oh please guide me.

Either way, for the 6th time - arent you leaving? Why do you care what slarti adds or doesnt add? Im sure if he's violating rules, Perff will knock it on the head quick smart. I guess an argument could be made that SAW is a scene thing and should be recorded here (there's quite an impressive list of names as far as Im aware), adding you to it is probably pushing a point though.

Why do you still care? Arent you meant to be jetting off to some fake conference concerning your fake career anyway?

Ninja: Your point is taken and the admins will look into this. True, it is an abuse of CSDB and it does violate the new rules. It's just Damian's way of coping with his pent up anger and emotions. Mr. "I need retribution" continues to prove I'm inside his head.

The discrepancy in Mastercard and Confirmation invoice is because I don't pay full airfare. We get a corporate rate of which I'm expected to pay a portion.

It's sad to see three people have nothing to talk about but me. I hope when I return that you've gotten it out of your system *s*.
