photos of computer setups

I have started collecting photos of "8-bit" computer set ups. I think it is fascinating to see the places where all kinds of computer magic happens/happened. I am mostly interested in home settings - rooms from any time and any place. Demoscene relation is good but not necessary, hi-res photos are preferred (with credits), informative texts and and stories is excellent.

Possibly, this is something that would be published aswell.
With a collection like this it is possible to see what was behind all those screen, to contextualize digital works with a physical place. Postdigital, as the theorists say. We wanna see your data office!

Spread the word! If you are interested, or just have some links and input, please post here or e-mail info@goto80.com. Or bring them to LCP! :) Thanks!

I'm not really sure I feel intimmidated by your threats, but I'll try to make you a polka. :)

Laxity: You have always amazed me with your music.. Both the very melodic+catchy stuff and the more special/jazzy stuff. So please please us once again with some music :-) (not licking butt here, just being honest).

He got talent for great melodies. Sadly he's too busy making homo GM's on mobile phones. :(

haha :)

Man, don't trust too much on that wallmounted foam considering reducing beating noise leek, though :)

I can't see the construction of yoou room, but unless it has super-thick walls, 'room in the room' structure or multilayer sound sealing windows - the shitfoam will probably just make all of that fight stuff sounding pretty nice, reflexion-free, balanced with pleasant treble frequencies INSIDE the room I assume. Probably, noise will bleed much outside ;)

With distant neighbours, that can't be an issue at all :D
