The first intro is the GCS intro with the german coloured sprites.
The intro from Danish Crackers with the scroll should be the first EOR'ed intro |

Some years ago Skylab and I was
talking about this question of what intro really was the
first ever used on a C64. He talked with several of the old
sceners active from 83-84 all were pointing to the same intro.
He asked me to get hold of the first cracker of Denmark and
ask him about it. That is ofcos PMK (later known as The Wizard / Danish Crackers).
PMK said it was the German Cracking Service intro with the three sprites "GCS".
Which were the same answer as Skylab
had got confirmed from other old crackers. I guess it is
pretty safe to conclude that it is correct - validated from
different sources as they all pointed to the same intro.
The first Danish intro was - no suprise - made by PMK who
was inspired by the GCS intro shortly after.
* and by intro is meant a graphical intro - not just a blank screen with some text.

Maybe Lucifer will fix it, he seems to have a lot of fixing credits and didn't have a clue how to code or fix. :D

In this interview from VN#46, ALiEN (ALN, ALN'61) of Plutonium Crackers 2001, claims it was Berlin Cracking Service in 1982 (8th question):

An excerpt from my Cracker's Map article:
Some people claimed that they first saw BCS and this intro in 1982 however it was in fact used much later. This was concluded when the picture was discovered to be in Paint Magic format which did not appear until 1983 (released by JEDI). It is true that BCS have been around in the very early days - no question - but they are not as magical as some would think, not only due to the intro-farcical, but also due to the recracks that took place. It is unconfirmed but it appears a hoax took place as "the intro" was only used on recracks. Some examples:
Pitfall II -> recrack of the OTD/Jedi Version (check $0812 - JEDI's depack routine), River Raid -> recrack of the Antiprotect version (just changed the sysline), Poster Paster -> recrack of the NOVA/Crackman Crew version (just changed the sysline and the in-game text) and The Heist -> recrack of the JEDI release (check depacker code at $0812 with OTD's version of H.E.R.O) |

I remember seeing this intro from ABC Crackings: Bear George
It's set as 1983 but I don't know if that is true since ABC Crackings is founded in 1984 apparently. |
