Help needed! Indexing coverdisks!

Hello!
@Acidchild has been working for year scanning coverdisks. Now his work is available for everyone here:
https://tomseditor.com/gallery/browse&platform=cover

But the covers need some work with metadata. Sometimes artist, group name, title or year is missing.
Can you help fill in the missing info?

I see very little covers from Poland.
I can supply covers (scanned already) done by myself, Rodney, maybe some more.

Cool xerox covers, never seen any of these. Reminds me of the covers on demo tapes (music)

The Got Papers? Project (https://gotpapers.scene.org/) also has gathered some disk covers in the past, available here: https://files.scene.org/browse/resources/gotpapers/diskcovers/

While you write coverdisks, you mean diskcovers.
Coverdisks are disks coming along with magazines, e.g. the in Germany well known 64'er.
