Groepaz story begin, hardware entry.

Hello Guys,
I have one question about how to add hardware entry to CSDB. Frankly speaking I know how to post a new entry but...
Rules for this are not clear for me.
Maybe is better to post converted photo of UK1541 as gfx (prg) entry ? I saw plenty of lame photo conversion in CSDB so it counts or not?

PS. No offence G. this is topic to clarifier rules.

regarding hardware the rule is very easy: if everything is released that enables one to build the hardware himself, then it gets an entry (see eg EasyFlash). if one or more components, such as a preprogrammed cpld or a premade pcb, can only be obtained by buying them from the vendor, then it is considered a commercial product and doesnt get an entry. (thats why eg no entries for IDE64 or MMCR, or that 8 player joystick adapter thing someone made recently).

remember how this was explained to you ~2years ago when you added entries for your turbo card thingy? :)

and please refrain from adding converted photos as gfx entries, even if they technically comply with the rules =P

. so that 8port adapter was actually added here but it was removed due to this reason. Sounds very reasonable to me. Ray was a bit upset but I think the explanation is fair and solid.
