PARTS - Dancing Girl

hiho,

Had this idea, it involved squeezing many sprites into memory, just wondered if there were any parts out there already like this one:

http://www.truecolor.741.com/COMMODORE_REDIRECTION.HTML
Select: PARTS :)

Coma Light 12

this contains a dancing girl which is vectorized. rendering is done back to sprites too. not really "squeezing many sprites" but atleast "squeezing many anim frames".

Both those demos have dancers, although they are both single colour dancers, cool though. It's the 40 shades of colour i haven't seen before on c64 (apart from on static pictures, ifli shif that sort of thing)

also check:
Wildfire
;)

what 40 shades of colors are you talking about ? anyhow with 40 possible values/pixel the amount of data to be stored grows dramatically. You have to make big compromises if you want to do anims on the 64.

the dancer in the oxyron demo is actually from the "one love" video from the prodigy. TTS typed in the data by hand.

Strange, I usually type it in by foot. Guess that's why his coding is so much better than mine.
