I am one of the last Mahicans over here that wants a clean scene database.

It's nothing personal but I dislike the fact ppl with a C64 on the attic sign up here and add themselves to the database while they have nothing to do with the scene (past or present).

He's a member of The Stock.

I remember the times when someone called Scout was posting c64 related news at c64.sk (stuff that couldn't run on a stock machine (pun intended ;-)) and went a kind of berserk when they landed in trash (a.k.a. related news)... probably different person.

Oh, you mean the 8Bit Mayhem C64 Scene Podcast?
The one with the exclusive Jeroen Tel episode and Drax tunes.. yeah. Totally scene-unrelated.

Yeah...speaking of which; I have problems running that Subhunter pre-order and watching those BCC Party #2 pictures on my stock C64.

:-(

speaking of which, so totally off topic.
I have very fond memories of the mayhem podcasts. A year or 2 ago, I was staying with my girlfriends family in australia, in the outback (pineview station, 300km north of broken hill), sitting on my fourwheeler. I was chasing sheep (cos it was shearing time) in the boiling sun in the desert having the greatest time listening to the jeroen tel podcast.
I was like this "lonesome cowboy being a looong way from home" lol (c) lucky luke. with an ipod then hehe.
I may not always agree with your actions and reactions scoutebout, but what the hell, feck those podcasts were the bomb! bring'em back! please!

Blame it on my online personality =)
Nobody listens to me here at home so better be a loudmouth on a forum ;-)

Anyways, this kind of stories motivate me to go on. I hope to start with it very soon then.
