Handle id #20891 : JHM
I'm made some updates to his entry, including his alternate handle (DocJM), real name, and city/state he lived in at the time.
I've also found a picture of him at the 1992 SIDFest in Columbus Ohio. Picture can be found here -> http://www.esglabs.com/personal/parody/commies/sids/sidsters.ht..
I know that we don't routinely put a persons real name on the database, but I believe this is a different situation. JHM had his name, living location, and handle routinely in big circulation print magazines in the US. For example -> http://www.atarimagazines.com/compute/issue124/P160_4_NEWS_NOTE..
Facebook -> http://www.facebook.com/people/Jack-Modjallal/100000949891180
Anyway, a bit more information for anyone interested in this fine graphician.

Unfortunately in some weird format - hope it gets fixed to regular executables. |

If it was released like this, then *please* don't "fix" anything - it's perfect as is. |

PGG or GG files are compressed Koala pics. They can be converted to normal koala using the Autograph program contained for example in Franz Peter Schubert
they have to be named GGF.something inside the d64
using the Convert function they can be made normal koala pics, and then made executable
I added one here Riverside
If you don't want made-up executables, at least include the Autograph program in a d64 with the file and upload that instead of just the .pgg files, which like .koa files, are not acceptable as releases. |

@bugjam - Not really, these are the files that would be used with Compute Music format tunes
.pic = Koala
.pgg = compressed Koala
I went ahead and cleaned up the files and put up disk images with Autograph and compressed Koala for easy viewing.
Pegasus
Will You Be There
Stars
Sentinel
Riverside
My Ship
Companions
Sing We Noel
Bye Bye Blackbird
A Word in Private
Cats Fugue
Lastly, the files were most likely spread on Q-Link in compressed Koala (GG) originally and used with some SID tunes after DocJM released them. In other words, nobody knows what the original filenames were or how they appeared when first released. |
