They still have oldschool demos, just no pixel gfx and oldschool music it seems. |

Yeah, there hasn't been any dedicated oldskool graphics or music compos at Assembly for over 10 years now, but the oldskool democompo is still there. |

There might, or might not, be a c64 product released. So don't remove it just yet. |

You never know, a SID might sneak into one of the other Music compos, like when LMan entered La Mer into Evoke's Streaming Music compo last year! Unlikely perhaps, but best to wait and see. |

That's awesome, I did not know that :) Kudos to him.
I also did that once in 2001 at Symphony Party - I even managed to win the compo with other mp3s ;) that was an amazing feeling ;) C64 rulez! |

The gameDev subevent at Assembly 2020 also has an oldschool option. It is not prominently mentioned on the main page, but the rules page points it out. |
