Oh yes, Raistlin, these comments never gets old ;)
Having watched Delirious 10 for the first time today, I must say that I love the scrollers. Pretty classic ;)
It also shows that that demo is from a time where ripping fonts from other demos was widely accepted ;)
Demo-effects are like jokes, there are a few general basic ideas and a lot of variants of these so finding similarities in just about anything is to be expected...

Nice demo :) I see a lot of improved reused code, especially from Inboxed ;)
Nice to see a spiral bitmap plot version of the sprite multiplexed over bitmap circle scroll I did in Delirious 10, released exactly 30 years ago ;) *

I was way too cocky at the time and was unaware of the personal stuff that among others Raistlin experienced during production (as I later found in the trivia). I was out of line and have excused this to Raistlin. So his comment is actually an 'inside joke' which of course can be misunderstood if you do not know the context...
Everything is good in moderation - even moderation ;) |

G*P's pirate ship got rebuffed by Bonzai's naked lady (Rivalry)
G*P burnt down Bonzai's, umm, bonzai by showing too much love (also Rivalry)
Bonzai's duck wee'd on Camelot's castle (Unboxed)
And... after all that... my little joke got censored? Lame ;-p
We should go make a demo about it... you can't censor those at least :-p |

And, on that, is there a Pandemoniac Part 3 of 5? I could only find 1, 2, 4 and 5... |
