Event id #3155 : Miami-Force Party
This appears quite mysterious. The demo which was released there states that it was supposed to have around 200 visitors (Amiga & C64), but the only other hint found on that party is a BAM message in Rockmonitor VI, but again by the same group that released the demo. Also, so far there are hardly any other signs of the group except a disk label signed by their swapper, apparently.
It might have been an Amiga group, but I haven't found any proof for their activity either.
Anyone has maybe some more info? |

No.
But indeed, the total of guests figure seems pretty exaggerated. If there had been a proper scene party with 200 people in Germany in 1988, we would know more about it today (unless it had been some 200 lamers with zero contact to scene) |

Could be of course that the C64 was only represented in very low numbers. If the group was indeed Amiga, they perhaps failed to announce it properly to the C64 folks. |

I wouldnt be so sure. At that time there were still plenty pure "copy parties" that had no connection to the scene |
