I dunno man, seems unfair that some people were allowed to send their release after the deadline.
The site just says "current deadline for release 1st of June" so it means that exceptions were made without telling the others, aka: some were more equal than others. |

@iAN CooG They also wrote "If you're considering to release something but the announced schedule is too tight, do let us know and we'll consider our options." on the website. But yeah. |

But yeah, if I was totally EAGER to get release out of the door (had sth I could have finished yesterday night, but that's spilt milk as I instead video-called a friend, had some beer and slept off the stress of the week), I could have contacted orga in pretty-please-mode, not really fair, but normal, even at big events.
Anyway, didn't wanna whine (as if someone missed anything if some Ryk quality release is released at another party, hehe), just gave my 2 cents that 1 week before event is just totally unusual.
And now have fun, have some drinks, I'm gonna real-life-party and send some virtual Cheers to Paris |

Never have I experienced a demoparty deadline that wasn't extended in the end for certrain releases :-D |

This is quite similar to the case when a cop catches you and it should be a ticket, but this time it's just a warning. If you feel that it makes you "more equal than others", of course you're asking for a ticket anyway. Because rules and reasons. ;-) |
