Handle id #19899 : Style

Please merge this Style with Style because this is the same person.

Technically speaking not "merging" but eliminating a dupe (if I had merged the two, we'd have "Style fka Style" scener entry). But as the Crase member was only credited in three entries, I did the following manually:
1. Move credits of Sophisticated Brotherz and Navy Moves +D to Style
2. Set Style ex member of Crase
3. Delete the scener entry dupe
4. Dump the only remaining release which was bullshit anyway, see Release id #131241 : Skate Crazy
