Release id #21852 : Death Dealer
How about an optional 'import date' in the cracks? just as we have a 'release date'.
Now an import and the normal release both get the field 'release date', nothing wrong with that since an import is a release as well, but it's interesting to see both dates in one record of the imported game.
Since these dates differ most of the time they are put in the trivia at the moment.

It would be nice to add both the crack-date and the import-date, I agree.

Why?
In the given design of the database the release is refering to the import not the crack. (and now I noticed that there are no category for imports.)
I rather see a another way of storing cracks. Where The game is at the top. This would solve lot of questions.
Game;
cracked by AAA v1
cracked by AAA v1.1
cracked by AAA v1.1 - imported by CCC
cracked by BBB
etc..
and yes, this have been discussed before. But its worth to do som lobbying for again! Atleast it would make me spend time on adding 900 Triad releases. |

I'd second that, though I see it would take some effort to implement that in the current database structure. Not to forget someone would need to group all "doubles" currently in CSDb together. I would volunteer for it. :-) |
