na I am not jealous about class "a" beer and those swedish fatsticks :-D

hollowman, feel yourself invited, my mom is still shaken from your last visit...

I like bbq but I don't see the point in adding this stuff in here. it was an example for some shit that has been put into this SCENE DATABASE lately. sorry if it hit the guys I love...

I will sneak into the corner and die unloved

Slator: It was a meeting. And CSDB contains an Event option that says Meeting. This meeting was named a BBQ because we threw some meat on the grill. This meeting was meant for sceners and only sceners were invited. One computer was present although never used. Comparing with your moms birthday was a nice angle. She must be a really cool mom since she only invites c64 sceners to her birthday, I guess that'll be you.

my mom did more for the scene like a lot of dudes in here.
not that she gave birth to me no she even bought the computers and disx for me :-D went to the postoffice to pick up the stuff from my 200+ contacts...

and btw, she really was willing to invite hollowman and blackdroid, that should be enough...

dont take it too serious but I wonder what comes next.

btw if you believe that my mom will become 200 soonish I have to admit that it is not true...

I think this is a good example of a PR miss.
Now if Oxidy would have listened to me the meeting would have been called "The Axis of Evil meeting", Im sure none would have the courage to mess with that. now a "bbq meeting" is just begging to get comments :)

Actually, this brings me up with the fond memory of Tranziie's Data BBQ back in 1994. I think the present ones were me, Dane, Bismarck, Trazan, King Fisher, Jason, Rave and a few others. I remember we made some fantastic versions of games there, fulknäckandes Lazarus Prv and adding a 200 blocks FLI-intro to Technoplyn. Geez. There should be more scene BBQ's.

Too bad I couldn't attend the "Axis of Evil Meeting [BBQ]".

Graham: There's a difference between a meeting and an internal meeting (which there btw also is a csdb option for). I could care less if you added your Oxyron meetings to this database. Isn't the dates and attendants of your Oxyron meetings worth being put in this scene database? I think so. Am I the only one?

Perhaps Blackdroid is right. If we'd call it the Axis of Evil meeting, people would consider it much cooler. And whoooh that's what it's all about. WHAT, did someone just change the name of our BBQ to Axis of Evil Meeting 2003. Strange things happen...

Perhaps some strange renaming virus also could attack the numerous BBQ's that were arranged by Topaz Beerline, which for some strange reason also is added to this db. Beware Perff. It could happen.

Twoflower: Yep, too bad you couldn't come. Perhaps next year. ;)

twoflower, you can never get too many versions of Technoplyn. and the scene needs more bbq's now!
