download the movie, cant find it on youtube as it is also a game (guess movie is made from it), so youtube hits are filled with the game videos and music.

sounds more like NES than sid to me to be honest :) (its probably just a generic chipsound vst anyway)

check the non youtube link. I can hear there drums made of a few frames of triangle & noise and then square bass, also I hear the square lead of changed pulse width, etc.

Agreed, it even has adsr bugs :) Or so it sounds like to me at least. Listen to the drums around 0:16 onwards.

That piece is called "Threshold (8 Bit)" by Brian LeBarton.
Dunno who remixed it. Probably he did it himself.
