New minimal / limited feature player

In case someone is interested, I started working on a new minimal playroutine, which currently takes 9 rasterlines max (potentially more with sound FX), but has rather limited featureset and cuts corners by having 1-frame ugly pseudo hardrestart and skipping effects when reading notedata.

There's a sound FX routine similar to the one in Prince of Persia ( http://codebase64.org/doku.php?id=base:sound_fx_routine ), but with SEUCK-style freqmod effect added.

Going to still work on music continuing underneath the player, and feeding the player musicdata from any address (ie. loaded music resources.)

Don't think I'll be coding an editor, but there's a GT2 converter similar to GT2NT2, which spits out warnings if the song does unsupported things.

Code is on github:

If you check the github page, the readme lists exactly what it can do. E.g. there is no ADSR change commands, though possibly hacking them in wouldn't be impossible.

Being a demanding composer, I assume you would find most issue with the hardrestart, and the effect skipping. But this could be OK for games where the sounds have been constructed so that it doesn't matter (e.g. no fast drum passages).
