Incomplete rips
Hmm, there are some tunes in the HVSC (don't know how many) that are incomplete.
For example: Rick Dangerous 1+2, or Bangkok Knights - the SIDs don't have any sound effects.

There are many sids in HVSC that don't have the sfx included. If we receive a more full version of any sid, we will offcourse include it instead. |

These days hardly anyone spends time on ripping sfx, it's often quite cumbersome and adds little extra value to a rip IMHO. As Rambones said, if anyone wants to go through the hassle of producing more complete rips with sfx included, we'll happily add them to HVSC. ;-) |

But we still want the tunes right ?
Rocket Ranger and Super man the game (us version) are incomplete.. I think Nostalgia ripped those tunes and they are avaiable as executables at nostalgia.c64.org

Yes, all subtunes that makes the soundtrack complete is always wanted. And reports of games that are missing tunes are also wanted.
SFX, however are not a priority for us. |

GRG, are you sure your HVSC is up-to-date?

Inge says he used your rips to complete the tune. Superman is still incomplete, afaik.
PS: Wait till sunday and get a fresh HVSC v44. ;-) |

Just to clarify: the rip in HVSC is 100% my own. I just checked with GRG's rip (Hei Glenn) if I had found all the tunes.
