DEC Player/Editor?
Some time ago I heard something about an old player/editor (or similar)
The name is "DEC". (?)
Well, does anyone know where I can find it?

I'm not sure, but maybe the player/editor you're looking for is Chubrocker, which in my calendar isn't really old (was developed around 1993-1994) and unfortunately isn't in the CSDb yet (AFAIK it was a really advanced "secret" tool, of course nowadays you can find some versions with Google). It was coded by Dec of Cadgers, later Natural Beat, therefore sometimes I (and maybe others too) refer to it as Dec editor/player. |

this is the version that decoy/excess/NB used. H-Bloxx released it after Decoy left the scene. But beware of the packer, decoy had some problems with it.
