I think Ray/Unreal or someone modded a number of systems for using tape. I know there exists a version of DMC4 that works on tape. Maybe TFX too?

Ray removed the tape support at TFX beta 1, according to the changelog - so it's only DMC 7.0/7.1 that have it :)

if you are total biginner used to pc trackers for example then i strongly recommend you using goat tracker. in fact, it's a pc software but incorporates all the nuances of sid. imho it's painfully easy to master. and quite powerful ;)
