You could rip drums or something between with SIDDUMP. Covert it to your favourite C64-MSX editor & sample the sounds.

get some c64 music editor with the example tunes provided, load them, mute the rest and sample the drums.

- Use sidplay, mute the channels with non-percussion instruments and export it to wav.

- Buy a Hardsid, use sidplay/acid64 mute the channels with non-percussion instruments and record it with your fave wave-editor.

sidplay allows channel muting?
oh yeah, the old version, but i doubt if it sounds good enough o_O
besides, many composers use bass/drums mixing technique, making it virtually impossible to get a clear eg. kick sample this way.

Another option would be to pick a tracker of your choice with some SID tunes, load any of those tunes and remove all note data. Then use the sounds you obtained from the SID file to create your own track, be it a total rhythm or just single hits. Play it, sample it, use it, become famous!
