identify this song!

Hi! I keep getting this song i've heard somewhere to pop up in my head all the time, so i'd really like to know what it actually is.
I remember finding it at random in XM format, but i'm pretty sure i've heard this as SID (or if memory really fails, perhaps it was Atari .. or Spectrum?!). I'm not sure which one of them is the original, either, and now i even forgot the name of the XM.. So i "wrote down" the intro of the tune from memory in a SID, somewhat how i remember it sounded like -> http://www.6chan.se/zabu/shit/unknown.sid

I'd be happy if anyone could clear things up for me :)
thanks

CreaMD: thanks, but nothing in there is my "own", it's a note-for-note transition of the intro lead :)

I remmeber that refrain was something like The Love The life, the sky .. or something similarly pathetic.. but I also remember there was some never variation around the same melody this year.. mhm.. but I really don't recognize techno bands by names etc. it's too broad scene (and kinda average in general)

ok.. firstly, the song i have in mind is not a techno song (that is no 4/4 bassdrum) - it's a demostyle / SID tune, and secondly it doesn't have lyrics .. :)
