DMC Sample Version
Now please excuse me for my request. But I REALLY would appreciate if someone would add a sample-function into one of the DMC series, preferably DMC 5.1 or DMC 7.0.
I beg one of you to do it, CreaMD + Ray/Unreal, you up for it?
I will be so thankful for it, that I would give you even money and my body and my soul, if you would do it :D
At least the money was seriously meant, I could give ya about 40-50 EUR for it, hell I just dream of it :D
Especially if the sample functions in DMC will be a bit more 8580-Suited, but I could go for 6581 too.
I am just too lazy and too much in Love with those advanced DMC series to try another too like SDI or something.
See this as a serious request.

multispeed tunes still can be played with samples, and while DMC can be extended to support sample playback-it probably won't satisfy you as DMC uses lots of memory as temporary storage leaving small room for sample data (I disassembled DMC 7 once... i promised to do sth about it but.. ooops.. sorry ;-) ) so it would be better to add samples after having SID-msx finished .

As I said, I would like to use DMC for it.
Raf, I don't need so much samples, maybe 2-3, could you code me such a DMC version?
On the other hand, how to combine a finished DMC SID tune with samples? Is there any tool for it to merge them?

If you can find a stand alone sample editor/player then it can easily be joined. |

Ask Richard Bayliss, he did a few DMC tunes with digis on top. AFAIK Digi Organizer does what you're looking for. |

I'm not sure that Digi-Organizer V.1 works with DMC, at least it doesn't work with DMC v4 since they share some zeropage counters. |
