here you have fanta, drax, jeff, rambones etc.
music for download/play, and which they use on their radio.
to get royalties, you must sign their fuxxored contract
to DELETE it all, you must sign their fuxxored contract
DO you really want this ?
They COPY all SID/MP3 from the net they can find, and add it to their site!!
My music from personal websites were copied!
My remixes at remix.kwed.org was copied!
THIS IS NOT OK!
If you WANT your music on last.fm and let them play it for free on radio - ok go right ahead!
If you do not, then it's time to threaten them! :-)

Follow through on the lawsuit threat. If they don't take you seriously, hire a lawyer to shake their tree a little. Most sites, if they sniff REAL trouble, will comply with demands... but sometimes an e-mail just won't do it.

Before going into lawsuit action, I'd advise you to write (on actual paper) your request and send by signed mail.
This is cheaper than a lawyer and perhaps also effective.

rambones, don't shout till you recognise problem. don't you see that your tunes cannot be listened from there? these are just tags sent from some users. artist profile is genrated AUTOMATICALLY after any tags with this artist appear in the database. do you want to punish every listener who sent tag to last.fm. jan, get calm, really ;) |

ok, they answered my mail.
they dont host any files, just metadata how many listened my tunes.
Bah, so i guess i can fill the bio now and hope to get more fans :-) |

indeed, as i have written. there are no play icons next to your tags. you would really make a big fool of you taking any actions. sometimes it's better to think for a while instead of making fuss before you know what's going on :D |
