Music Assembler: Why are some presets not saved?

Sometimes Music Assembler does not save all presets that are used within the song. Why is that?

Example:

I start Music Assembler and go to preset 2.
I enter decay = 8 and waveform = 21.
I create a sequence using preset 2.
I use this sequence on track 0.
I save the song.
Then preset 0 and 1 are still there but preset 2 is gone.
