Eye is by Hanlon?

/GAMES/A-F/Eye.sid from Endurance Games is a very rare composition. Pure intuition tells me that David Mark Hanlon may have composed this, much due to the way it uses filters. I haven't looked at the code but there may be style traces that hint at that.

Does anyone have info on it? I guess the original (paper) cover of the game might say?

I looked at it.
It has nothing in common with the players in /Hanlon_David/

I do agree it sounds as his style..
We need the original!

A good and fast way, is to open 2 instances of SIDEDIT,
then load the tunes, and click disassembly.

Now you can compare both players very fast.
