Charles Deenens Flimbo's Quest [Amiga]

Yay, I just downloaded the MON Amiga collection that Jan posted somewhere here.

While listening to Charles Deenens Flimbo's Quest title tune,
I felt the urge to post on CSDb about what a great chiptune that one is and how everybody needs to listen to it right now. If they havent heard it before (I hadn't).

What a great multispeed cover would that one make. But who could pull that off (Owen?)

@Hein :

True dat. But I prefer Charles' approach which sounds a bit more "Chippy" than Jozz's original version.
I think that tune would lend itself quite well to a multispeed arrangement with some snappy instruments.

But that's just me.

PS: Dont worry. I'm not thinking about making a coverversion :-D

Quote: Charles really managed to capture the friendly fairy tale atmosphere of the c64 version. But a cover of a cover? I don't get the point, Jozz's original is great as it is.

Agree.

All credit goes to Johannes B. He was the writer of the original tunes, I just converted them to the Amiga, and tried to spice'em up a bit for the Amiga.
