you need a cardridge, action replay mkV for example, during the song press the hotkey (alt+r), f7 for 1)softreset or for 2)monitor (strg+f).
1) type mon, press enter 2)type "m" for monitor
save whole region $0800-$ffff in $2000 stepps,
for example:
.s"dump1",8,0800,2800
.s"dump2",8,2800,4800
...
later load your favorit digiplayer, load in your dumpregions,
press play, if your hear during/between a lot of crackle the sample, look in the dumppackage for very strukturized data or if your digiplayer let you type in start and end adress of the sample, you are the winner. btw, use the winnertool

load there the sampeldump, and press enter at the sample, choose "set start/end" and voila 8)
after finding the needed digi press enter and choose save.
