Last post on forum list

Displaying the latest post on the forum list (just the headline) would be a nice feature to have, as you can see if someone answered already to your last remark rather than surfing to the board itself. I know, I could do an alert, but I dislike that :)

so much like the latest posts list on the entry page, each forum should have the latest headline below.

i'd prefer a feature, which makes it possible to see what was posted at all (in all subs) after my last visit! i think other forum's have got this feature, so it shouldn't be a problem to0 include it here too!

yeah.. it's a cookie stuff.. it doesn't have to be anything specially sophisticated, just use bold, or yellow color to highlight all messages newer than last visit. Additionally it could also feature "Outlook" style of new-message checking (when you open the message it is de-higlighted ;-)) but for this you will need an array with unopened message ID's stored in session.
