The 'Released At' drop down...
With the number of events growing the 'Released At:' drop down menu has started to annoy me since it takes quite a while for it to load when adding or editing an entry.
Maybe it could be replaced with a checkbox named "Released at a party" or similar & first when that box is checked the event list gets loaded? |

I think such a checkbox would be even more anoying. However the page is not so big that it should cause a real problem. However CSDb have been quite slow the last few days, but the trafic have also been extremly high. Hope it takes off again soon. :) |

Most of the entries I've added/updated doesn't need the drop-down at all so it causes unnecessary traffic and serverload...and the amount of events will grow. |

I see what you mean, but actually it's not that much trafic if you take into account how often that particullar page is loaded. If it was on the CSDb frontpage, it was a different matter, but here I don't think it's a problem.
BTW: The servers bandwith it back to normal now, so see if the speed isn't ok now. :)
Keep in mind that CSDb it hosted for free on this server, so if the people who owns it descides to make some experiments or whatever that steals most of the bandwith (which I think is what has happended the last few days), we can not really do much about it. |

If adding stuff, I use for the drop down lists always the keyboard, (first letter of event), helped me a lot. (hope I do not annoy here O:-) ). |
