Handle Problem
G'day,
when i first registered on csdb, i was not in a group. i put "none as yet".
until now, in the users online column, it says BlackBeltJones/none as yet. though i have had two groups tied to my name, the active one now being Tide.
how can i fix this? |

If I'm not mistaken you are talking about your info for your CSDb login account?
You can change the details for this by clicking the 'Userpage' tab in the top, and then the "Update your settings"
The other thing you are talking about is your entry in the CSDb database ( BlackBeltJones )
This has nothing directly to do with your login account, so even though you change info here, it won't affect the status in the 'Users Online' or other that has to do with your account. |

no no, i think i was too brief in my explanation, in the "users online" column, it says "BlackBeltJones/none as yet" when it should be saying "BlackBeltJones/Tide".
I know how to update my details and i've done that several times but the change in group will not reflect in "users online" it keeps showing the name/group i first registered when i first joined csdb. |

hmm..
I think we might misunderstand eachother.
Try to do the following:
Go to:
http://noname.c64.org/csdb/userpage/details.php
In the field 'Groups' it should then say 'None as yet' or something like that.
Change that to 'Tide' (or whatever) and hit the 'Save Changes!' button at the bottom of the page.
This should do the trick. :)

Click on the userpage-tab in the top of the screen (u know.. the blue tabs up there *points to the blue tabs up there*), and click "Update your settings" |
