are you sure you want to put your address into the db? =D
more seriously: if you just want ppl to know your current address, then enter it. if you just want ppl to know your old address, then enter it. if you think your old address might be valueable to know for further research, but want ppl to see your current address in the entry, then first enter your old address, then delete it and enter your new address (trusted users and moderators can still see the old one).
it's up to you :) |

All deleted info is saved for the moderator to restore in case of sceners going berzerk. Either they want to change history, or they want to destroy CSDb etc etc. It has happened multiple times, you know. "Trusted users" are our magic pixies (devoted preservation people). They have some moderating tools to be able to help out with the database easier. |

Well, I thought of leaving my old adress in the DB for future reference and because it's what will appear on most stuff I released back then.
I am considering tho of removing my full real name and only leaving my initials.
what do you think? |

About your real name: it used to be a rule that no real names should be added unless the scener in question has approved; however, that was before all personal data like name, adress and contact details were visible to logged-in users _only_ - so nowadays they are also not found by search engines etc, not so much to worry about. |

that rule still exists - and those who break it (all the time) should feel spanked. |

I think most sceners are low maintenance so you're still good by giving initials only. |
