Broken link
I checked the stuff I had at my old ISP and it all seems to be downloadable for me but the links come up as possibly broken link or something. A few I changed to my current ISP and I thought it may of fixed the text to the side. Maybe this could be added or some auto tester?
Just check the top items listed when you check my stuff |

You say that there are some download links here on CSDb which is marked possibly broken even though you can download them?
We have a auto-check script which runs every night checking all download links in CSDb, and if a link is not reachable for 3 days in a row it is marked possibly broken.
Sometimes it happens that the script has a bug or something so it mistakenly marks a download link, and if this is the case you need to point out exactly which links are mistakenly marked so I can trace the bug.
I tried to test one of your links on release:
Music Collection
and hit the link:
http://www.keypoint.com.au/~stryyker/musiccollection.zip
When doing that from my browser I got a 404 (page does not exists) so here I see no problem with my auto-check script.

That is my mistake. I was writing about the ones at www.hotkey.net.au/~stryyker/
ADD: The Music Collection wasn't uploaded so it's fair enough that broken link is reported but the System 3 Music Collection and FLI Colly works fine for me. Then trying Sans, OldK and Half Demo also worked, still hosted by my old ISP. |

Hmm.. I see the problem but I don't know what's wrong.
For some reason I can not connect to www.hotkey.net.au (and some other servers) from the server where we run the check-script. !?
I have no explenation for this and I don't have access on the server to alter anything, but perhaps the error will go away by itself? If not I will contact the admin of the server. |
