He will call me today about them, as I am in Sweden as well. There is a potential conflict between getting as much money for them as possible, and also the will to preserve them. He has put them out in practically every C64 related FB group there is, so my guess is that 100+ peeps already offered him various amount of money for them. I have been clear that my main interest is to preserve them and scan all covers (and put it all out to the public), and that it would be sad for the scene if they rot away in some collector's basement. |

Talked to him yesterday, and he is a really super nice chap. I think we talked for well over one hour about the scene back then, and how it is today etc. He will send me all of them for preservation before doing anything else with them, so cheers to him, and for the scene that will be richer with the preservation, and because he let us do this. I will share the whole batch publically, of course, and scan the disk covers for GotPapers.

UPDATE: It took some time to get things sorted, but I will recieve three boxes with these disks on Monday, and plan to start going through them next week ( I am a teacher and have a Easter holiday week :P ).
I'll keep you posted. I will probably live stream parts of the process on FB. ;) |

That's the plan. I have a professional scanner at work, so I will use that one for that purpose. Will upload them to GotPapers.
The D64 dumps will be shared here.
The "impossible" flops will be dealt with together with friends like MdZ, Mason, Sailor and Xiny. I think it will be good. :) |

Just for fun: I dumped 50 disks now, just to test a bit. Everything I added yesterday and today on CSDb comes from these first disks, so yes: A real treasure. |

Actually... I just found some old Raistlin Ranx.. Coming up!
The disks are from Izor btw. All his swapdisks up to -91. Then he stopped and just put the disks in a locker.. until now! |

Update: I have dumped the disks once and went through them, and they will recieve a second run at Pågadata in August through MdZ and Mason. Then the disks will be returned to their owner. They contained a LOT of stuff that have been added to CSDb already in March/April, but more finds will probably pop up thanx to Mason and MdZ. |
