Best Cracktro
What's the best cracktro you ever seen? My favourite cracktro has to be the one by Alpha Flight, where you have a large zooming scrolltext as well as a nice colourful logo. I also like that Blue screen with yellow rotating cubes Onslaught intro screen. (A bit of truth) When Onslaught released Balloonacy preview, I passed it to a member and asked if he could use that blue intro screen, which he did :) |

The classic Fairlight intro is quite unmatched in its simple efficiency, and scrolltexts with attitude :)
Of newer ones, the TSM intro with rotating vector logo has stuck to my mind.

I don't know why, but one of my favourite cractro was always the Hotline intro with black background and the logo coloured as the dutch flag. Perfect in it's simplicity :)
And yeah, the Fairlight intro with those amuzing rasterbars and the Druid 2 zak, but to be honest I'd like any intro using the D2 sid ;)
I also recall a very nice piece with Gotcha's graphics in it (a knight on a horse-skeleton, holding a flag with the groupname), but help me out, it's just too early to remember which group was that. NEI perhaps? I was always amazed by that intro as a kid. |

Eaglesoft of course, the classic! we all know which one.
Was cool when some Amiga demo had a remake of this as a part in their compo entry on MS2002. Commodore people waking up suddenly making noice "huraaaaaay!", while pc people looked around and wondered why all the rumour suddenly. ;)

Yep, the logo is the same, but I recall another intro, with a completely black background. I doubt to find anything, but I'll do a troughout search in my game-collection, maybe I go lucky. |

Offtopic, but still a nice intro.. the Anti-Mamba Intro from G*P ... also the Anti-NEI intro from G*P (using the Knight Graphics) is fantastic. |

Hitmen reused the NEI logo in Eierfeile II afair. (I spent some hours completely tanked trying to pixel that 22.5 degree turned Sprite charset).
I loved the 711 intros, always amazing ideas.
G*P also had some really wicked ones, like the legendary europe's number 1 intro.

one of my favourites: Groepaz' Hitmen intro playing Arne's Our Darkness remix (quadrospeed) and having the Sisters of Mercy symbol bouncing around.. simple, yet kinda stylish
also:
- Dynamic Duo (the colored rasterbars inside the logo one)
- Triad
- ESI
- Strike Force/Movers
...for their simplicity. ah, memories =)

Comsos, yeah, i remember that one, i liked it...
My favourite intros would be the BROS one with that big logo, that SHARKS intro with a nice logo on top going left right and with rasters behind it and was it double scrolls beneath? hmm, dunno, it's a classic anyway.. And then there's the very cool Level 99 intro.. The 'greeny' look Virgin intro was nice too... And Lest not forget the Zenith Intro! And ok, i may be biased on this i know, but i still think that the Censor Design intro with the 'line logos' is awesome, aswell as the Victims intro with the logo above and beneath the centered scroll...
