Top NTSC demo?
I see in the "top demos" here one demo - Dawnfall - that I know was NTSC-fixed. I also have Oneder, which is great to run on my Commodore. However, I'm at a loss for what other demos are NTSC-fixed or work on NTSC, etc. While I love to watch +H2K or Krestology on my emu, it'd be nice to get some great productions over to my C=64 and watch them native. Anyone have a list of top NTSC or NTSC-fixed demos?

Check all demos by Style. There are really nice demos between them (Etch-a-sketch is an example of never one, but go deeper into past please ;-). They are older, but I think it's one of the best NTSC demogroups. While I was checking NTSC stuff I've found that NTSC approach to demos was quite different from European style, but that's why I was sometimes very positivelly surprised by some of them. Design is not the only thing that matters in demo.

If we're doing the older stuff, anything by FOE (Forces of Evil), the Lords or Carcass is worth checking out. Due to their age, they're not cutting edge stuff but there's some very nice work in there. |

Well, I like "Weird"/FOE and the NTSC CO-OP Demo.
Most today's released NTSC demos are small ones.
You may download all those NTSC stuff here: http://ntscene.com/ftp/
Happy watching! :)
All the best!
Bye!

Demos from Arson and 2D were some of my favorites... The 2 sided demo(damned if I can remember the name) with the graphic loading system(like the one from Skate or Die), was way too cool. I liked the interactivity, and the cool layout.

Hey Demonger!
I'd like to recommend anything by Dokken. He's got a lot of imaginative effects in his demos...

Lot of cool groups. 2D, Arson, Style, Carcass. I'm also pretty fond of just about anything by Forces of Evil.
Also take a look at the spin-off group demos; Oddity, Storm, that sort of thing. Lot of good contributions there as well.

Hey MV!!!!
Yeah some of the spinoff groups were great, but some later ones just made up a name for the demo and made random pages to fit it, but without following the theme/title of the demo. I always hated that. 2D and Arson followed a theme all the way through. I liked many of Style's demos as well, because 'wix and others stayed with a theme and built from it.
