FBR 2020!?!?

There's a movie release group running around calling themselves FBR 2020. They mention me and a few others that were in my group, as well as a couple that never were. They are releasing movies all over the place using our group's name and my name. Anybody know who they are? They claim to be started by "FunkFlex & Siphiroth" and also include The Last Dragon, but I can't imagine he's involved since last I spoke with him, he's totally legit.

I just googled "FBR 2020" and found some sort of modern day movie cracker group pasted on some torrent web site. The plagiarism of the group name could be considered flattery but re-releasing people's handles is just lame!

The email address was killed by the time I posted this originally. I don't see any valid way of getting ahold of these guys. I don't honestly care if they want to reuse our group name, just as long as they put something in the .nfo that it's a tribute to us and not actually us. But using our names for their group and saying it's the original folks is completely unacceptable.

here is the nfo from one of those releases:
FBR 2020) FUCKED BEYOND REPAIR (FBR 2020)

Proudly Presents
[snip]
"In 2001 FBR was closed as our deal with satan had come to an end! It was the
day to pay for our success! Infernal, Ninja, Oahawhool, The Punisher, Death
Demon, SCOOT, Microman, FF&S (FunkFlex & Siphiroth), The Last Dragon, and
some others, were sent to the firey pits for all of eternity!

Alas! The day of a new birth June 6, 2006, has come! It is a new day,
a new era, a new coming!

FBR is reborn for another 15 years to circumvent havoc!

Beware you have been warned!" - FBR 2020

i removed the non-relevant-too-warez-related parts from that post, no need to attract warez kiddies because of google picking up that nfo here or something like that.

anyway, they seem to imply that they are indeed somehow related to the real fbr? time to ask your old groupmates? =)

There are SOME pc intros that I've seen that are nice, but otherwise, I think they're a waste of time.

And to steal FBR's name.. That's just wrong...

Something has to be done...
