Hi all,
check out these two:
http://www.easyauctionjapan.com/productdetail.php?productId=h14..
http://www.easyauctionjapan.com/productdetail.php?productId=d13..
Especially for the first one I could not find any info. Anyone? Maybe something interesting?
By the way, note the apparently islamic online translator. Royal view silky o Muhammad. :-)
For hardcore collectors, I found this one here:

I wouldn't call the second one from Abacus rare, just not spread online yet. Abacus sold quite a few applications like that in the early years. |

True, I found at least several mentions onliine of the Abacus thing. But the other one - what the heck is an "aural-visual drill" in the first place?! |

Well, ECS existed independently until 2006 when another company bought it out. Looks like they closed ECS down around 2010?

Here is the ECS website in early 2006 ->

ECS 2005 product catalog ->

and on page two they have "Aural Skills Trainer", which is used to "Improve your ability to perceive & identify intervals, basic chords, & seventh chords". |

Uh, that sounds like a task for a detective - anyone up to it? It sounds pretty thrilling and interesting to me. :-) |
