UCBBS lives again!
I wanted to let you folks know that UCBBS is alive once more! I recently converted Centronian BBS over from an Ivorymod board to UCBBS 1.3. I had to make some changes to the tcpser source to get it to work with UCBBS, but its now running over telnet. Best way to access it is using a real C64, but CGTerm is a great second choice. You can find it here:
PETSCII (highly recommended) - > centronian.servebeer.com 6400
ASCII (crap but works)-> centronian.servebeer.com 2300
I'm running v1.3, but I know a v1.4 exisits. Anyone happen to have a copy? Any idea if getting the original source is possible? I'd love to continue development on this board now that its back in action. |
