Track 18 messages
Has anyone researched these more, back in the golden days there were sometimes messages and greetings on unused block f directory track, well hidden from lamers and other unsuspecting eyes.
I tend to remember this now and then, but never get things done on researching this more. How widely this was used, who was first etc.
Has anyone more insights on this? |

D64scan V0.3 can show them... its used quite often actually, and often containing fun stuff :)
(and this is another reason for why releases shouldnt get uploaded on "cleaned" disks...) |

T18 messages is indexed the tool I made:
PreserveC64DB V.1.2
So The Transfer Team used the info for quite long time.
Mostly we see three kind of messages: a) Contact info or b) Spread by info or c) Greetings lists.
Would be nice to investigate who where the first to use it for scene messages etc. |
