GFX entries (add 'mode')
not to jump on the train of new entry-options but I always thought that it would be nice to have an additional selection for gfx-mode for gfx-entries. I know some add it but the common case is plain "C64 Graphics" and unless im too stupid, its not possible to search for a specific mode.
So personally I'd love some extra field for gfx-mode even though new ones arise frequently.
That would also somewhat reduce the monthly discussions on how merged snapshots of interlace gfx suck, etc...
Many entries have no info on the mode but I think that that would be something almost anyone could add after quick inspection in many cases... (if not UFLI vs. MUFLI etc but those are rather recent entries and people that made them are still alife and around).
Wonder if anyone shares this interesst of mine?

If I get it right,you are asking for something that is already there.
But it is only shown when you have selected `C64 Graphics´ and saved the changes.
Many people simply forget,I guess..
As for fixing it with older graphics.
Hopefully not too many are locked. ;) |

I think you cannot search for that additional info.
It is some sub-sub-option in 'graphics'.
Also if it does indeed need double-update it would benefit from a change.

Ah,no,you can´t search for e.g.IFLI-pictures. ;) |

I think that would be a very nice option though.
Maybe with multiple options, as in 'interlace','fli' selected from a list?
(so I can search for all interlace-modes at once and post "they make my eyes bleed" everywhere :) |
