SID music in anime?

It's just me or the music sounds like SID in some parts (more noticeable at 00:54)?
BTW, I don't know what the hell is that anime about, all I found is that is some kind of independent anime film. |

The drum sounds are a lot like SID type drums, which might be why it seems to be a SID tune. Listening to it didn't make me recall any C64 tune in particular. The anime itself looked like it will be crap BTW. |

There are tons of retronica, bleeptronica, whateverelsetronica composers out there, and we can't scream at the SID-ghost in every case ;) |
