The Force - 4 different groups?

Looking in csdb, I found 4 different "The Force"s.

The Force Israel (with Daniel):
The Force

The Force Italy (with Gabriel):
The Force

The Force Hungary (with Captain Tas and Syllinor):
The Force

The Force Australia:
The Force

Was this really 4 different groups? I know that The Force Australia was seperate but I think The Force in Israel and Hungary were the same group. I don't know about the Italian group.

Can anyone help mwe solving this?

Regards from Anders

Nearly all the facts in that thread are incorrect, some
are complete BS.

The Force Israel was formed by former members of a group
called Cobra.
At that time (~1986) Daniel wasnt even a member. I have some
of their crack intros from that time, with full member-list.

For its first year (possibly less) the group barely had
contact with the outside world. Game imports started later,
and a demo section was "formed" around the time Nir & Guy
joined the group.

This was a completely separate group, which joined forces
with the Italian & Australian groups in its last
incarnation, after nearly all founding members have left.

How do I know all this? simple. I knew a few of the founding
members & was a member myself for some time.

Oh, and this quote:

"...it was originated in Israel, they were requiring new members. But due to the life threatening Israeli society (religion) and that there were not many Israeli groups in the scene..."

Made me laugh for a long time. Give me a break..

The C64 did very well over here, but mainly with gamers.
Assembly programmers were few, and most of them found
their way into several small groups, of which only The Force
remained active after 1989 or so.

The only "scene" here was game-importing & cracking (mainly
in the early days, before crack importing started).
There was NO demo scene, at any point in time. The only
group to make demos was The Force.

Hope this clears up some things..
